Shipping policy

Service & Scheduling Policy

Naples Elves is an in-home holiday decorating service, so there is nothing to ship. You provide the decorations, and our elves come to your home to set everything up. Here is where and when we work, and what to expect.

Where we work

  • We serve Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs and Estero.
  • Each package page has a ZIP code checker, so you can see whether we reach your home before you book.
  • Checkout only accepts addresses inside our service area.
  • Outside our area? Send us a note and we will do our best.

When we work

  • Appointments run from November 15 through December 22.
  • Please book at least 5 days before your preferred date.
  • When you book, you pick a preferred date and time of day, and you can add a backup date.

Confirming your appointment

We confirm your appointment within 2 business days of booking. If neither your preferred date nor your backup date works, we will offer you another date. If none of the dates we offer work for you, we will refund you in full.

Before your visit

Please have these ready:

  • All of your decorations
  • Your tree stand
  • Extension cords and timers
  • Your bins, somewhere easy to reach such as the garage or a closet (we do not retrieve items from attics)

If you have a real tree, it needs to be standing in your tree stand before we arrive. Removable wreath hooks are included.

On the day

  • An adult (18 or older) needs to let us in and do a quick walk-through with us at the end.
  • Please keep pets secured during the visit.
  • A visit takes about 2 to 4 hours, depending on your package and your home.
  • If we cannot get into your home within 20 minutes of the scheduled arrival time, the visit counts as a late cancellation under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Inside your home only

We decorate inside your home only. Exterior decorating, such as roofline lights, outdoor trees and yard displays, is not part of our packages.

After the holidays

In January we offer Holiday Takedown & Pack-Up: we take everything down and pack it carefully into your bins. Send us a note for pricing and to book.
