Terms of service

Service Terms

These Service Terms explain how our in-home holiday decorating service works. Together with the general terms in section 10, they are our Terms of Service.

1. What our packages include

You provide the decorations, and we set them up in your home. Each package includes:

  • Tree Setup ($299): we assemble your tree, fluff and shape the branches, add your lights, place the tree skirt, add the tree topper, and clean up boxes and packaging.
  • Christmas Ready ($399): everything in Tree Setup, plus decorating with your ornaments, ribbon and bows, hanging up to 2 wreaths, and final touches and cleanup.
  • Deck the Halls ($499): everything in Christmas Ready, plus up to 4 wreaths, garland on one staircase, mantel or entry, and extra finishing touches.
  • The Works ($599): everything in Deck the Halls, plus full home tree decorating, up to 6 wreaths, garland on 1-2 staircases, mantel(s) or entry, and additional holiday accents (vases, garland, etc.).

Not included:

  • Exterior decorating, such as roofline lights, outdoor trees and yard displays. We decorate inside your home only.
  • Decorations, tree stands, extension cords and timers. You provide these.
  • Supplying, delivering, hauling or trimming real trees.
  • Getting items out of attics.

2. Your part

  • Have all of your decorations, your tree stand, and extension cords and timers ready before we arrive.
  • Put your bins somewhere easy to reach, such as the garage or a closet. We do not retrieve items from attics.
  • If you have a real tree, have it standing in your tree stand before we arrive.

3. Trees, lights and wreath hooks

  • Tree size: trees up to 9 feet tall are included. For a tree over 9 feet and up to 12 feet tall, add $75 per tree; we arrange this with you after you book. Trees over 12 feet are priced by quote.
  • Real trees: we decorate real trees that are already standing in your tree stand. We do not supply, deliver, haul or trim trees.
  • Lights: we test your lights before we hang them. If some strands do not work, we use the ones that do and let you know, or you can supply replacement strands.
  • Wreath hooks: removable wreath hooks are included.

4. Care of your decorations

We handle your decorations with great care. If we damage something through our own mistake, we will make it right. We are not responsible for items that were already damaged or worn.

5. Access and safety

  • An adult (18 or older) must let us in and do a quick walk-through with us at the end of the visit.
  • Pets must be secured during the visit.
  • If we cannot get into your home within 20 minutes of the scheduled arrival time, the visit counts as a late cancellation under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Photos

We only share photos of your home with your permission.

7. Prices, sales tax and payment

  • Prices shown on our website do not include tax. Florida sales tax is added at checkout based on your service address: 6% in Collier County (Naples and Marco Island) and 6.5% in Lee County (Bonita Springs and Estero).
  • You pay in full when you book. Your payment reserves your preferred date, pending our confirmation. We confirm your appointment within 2 business days of booking.
  • Tipping is optional. You can add a tip at checkout.

8. Scheduling, cancellations and refunds

Our Service & Scheduling Policy explains where and when we work and what to expect on the day. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains confirmation, rescheduling, cancellations and refunds. Both are part of these terms.

9. Governing law

Our Terms of Service, including these Service Terms, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

10. General terms

  • Using our website. By using napleselves.com or booking a package, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to book.
  • Photos and descriptions. Photos on our website show the style of our work and are not of a specific customer's home. We work to keep descriptions and prices accurate. If we find a pricing error after you book, we will contact you before your visit, and you can accept the corrected price or receive a full refund.
  • Changes to packages and prices. We may change our packages and prices at any time. Changes do not affect bookings we have already confirmed.
  • Your information. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners.
  • Fair use. Please do not use our website for anything unlawful or to submit false information.
  • Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, except as described in "Care of your decorations" above. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. The version posted when you book applies to that booking.
  • Severability. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
